I have not had one drop of alcohol for 2 weeks
and frankly, it’s not so bad. I gave it up because it was destroying my stomach…even just one beer would leave me feeling like death…and i feel so healthy and energetic lately. It’s hard because of how social alcohol is, but the healthiness I feel has been totally worth it!
